Spaghettisalat Uschi (mit Porree)

500 g Spaghetti
6 Stangen Porree (nur das weiße)
600 g gekochter Schinken
8 EL Öl
Salz
Pfeffer
Selleriesalz

Spaghetti in Stücke brechen und nach Anweisung kochen.

Porree in Ringe schneiden und waschen. Schinken in Würfel schneiden.
Porree, Schinken und Öl unter die abgekühlten Nudeln mischen und mit Salz, Pfeffer und Selleriesalz kräftig abschmecken.

Kräftiger Salat für Porree/Lauchfans.
