Dashcams bleiben in Deutschland verboten ! ?

Manche Gerichte urteilen pro Dashcam,
andere contra.
Nun hat wieder einmal ein Richter in München dagegen geurteilt:

Ich werde meine Dashcamera auch weiterhin nutzen,
solange es OLG Urteile gibt, welche die Bilder einer solchen Dashcam als Beweismittel
zugelassen haben und solange es kein letztinstanzliches Urteil dagegen gibt.
