Das Utility Autoruns von Sysinternals ist das beste Hilfsmittel, um Autostart-Programme aufzuspüren. Dass Windows 98 noch unterstützt wird, glaube ich allerdings nicht. Ich adressiere diesen Tipp eher an die XP- und Vista-Benutzer, weil es gerade zur Fragestellung passt.
