eine Sache würde ich vorab mal versuchen, alle Batterien abklemmen und einzeln laden.....mit einem Voltmeter messen....zwischen 12,8 und 13,8 Volt sollten die dann haben.....dann alle Batterien mal einen Tag stehen lassen, und dann nochmals messen.....sollte sich an der Voltzahl ordentlich was getan haben....zB eine Batterie hat nur noch 12 Volt oder weniger......dann hättest Du den Übeltäter schon gefunden.
