was sagt denn die Anzeige, wenn das Stromkabel eingesteckt ist - wird der Akku denn geladen? (Mauszeiger auf das Stromkabelsymbol), oder wird der Akku garnicht mehr geladen?
Es gibt Laptopakkus, die wenn sie einmal tiefentladen sind, keine Ladung mehr vom Laptop annehmen, da der Laptop den Akku nicht erkennt. Dann hilft es manchmal, den akku an einem externen Ladegerät zu laden, wenn das möglich ist.
