Hallo mal wieder an die Computerspezialisten !!!

Gibt es eíne Möglichkeit, möglichst unspektakulär das Adressbuch von Windows Outlook Express 6, das auf Windows XP läuft, auf einen anderen PC mit Windows 7 und vorinstallierter Windows Live Mail zu übertragen?
Wenn ja - wie macht das der Laie? Könnte mir jemand Auskunft geben?
